If you have 0.1.6 or later, the launcher offers this update by itself (or use "Check now" on the Checks and log
tab). Otherwise unzip over the old folder or anywhere new, and run EternalVR.Launcher.exe. Your launcher
settings carry over.
What's new
- AMD freeze fixed. On some AMD graphics drivers the game froze a few seconds after the picture appeared in
the headset: the graphics card stopped answering and Windows reset it. The cause was how EternalVR skips the
desktop window's extra frames, which now happens only on NVIDIA cards. Thanks, DamicsITA, for testing on a ROG
Ally. If you setETERNALVR_WINDOW_PRESENTS=allto work around it, you can remove it.
Known issues
Parallel Eye Rendering (both eyes rendered at once) is not in this release's launcher: it still breaks the picture
in a headset.
