Improve Downloads quality and robustness.

Downloading is the core feature that every App Store should set the highest bar for quality. We feel that we have not been living up to that baseline and our users have been relentless in giving us feedback about it. This version has what the team feels that is the biggest upgrade to our downloads and app management (updates - Apps). We highly appretiate feedback from this changes so we can act hastily.
Issues like download getting stuck at 100%, downloads slowing down the phone, update all not working properly were the biggest focus and we feel that this version fixed those problems.
A frequent lack of UX in the download flow is trying to download an app in 3G/4G with the WI-FI only setting enabled (which is the default). Before the user would be prompt to go to the settings, would have to change the setting to disabled and to resume the download process. This would result in many steps in a flow which might be cumbersome already specially if it is the first time you download an app in Aptoide. Another issue was people disabling the WI-FI only setting for a one time data plan download and leaving it on without wanting it.
Now one major change is prompting the user to Download in 3G/4G anyway without changing the setting.
Facilitate the Aptoide Auto-Update (self-update) by doing the download of Aptoide in background. Users then only have to install. The UI was updated.
