- Relative-date comparisons — Added Today, Yesterday, and Tomorrow to date comparisons such as before, after, on or before, and on or after, so filters followed the calendar without selecting a new date each day.
- YouTube captions — Added direct import of available timestamped captions into AI transcript blocks without downloading audio or using transcription minutes. Retained audio transcription and file upload as alternatives when captions were unavailable.
- Missing row pages — Added a "Create empty page" action when a supporting server reported an unavailable row document, with a warning and explicit confirmation. Kept readable and locally cached content ahead of recreation.
Improvements
- Gallery views — Added grouped card layouts, configurable previews and card sizes, image fitting, and cover repositioning.
- Feed views — Refreshed card previews, quick actions, reactions, and comment discussions, with a full-page action for longer content.
- Plans and connections — Routed hosted upgrade prompts through the Plan settings, kept Cloud billing unavailable in local and self-hosted sessions, and added clearer connection-loading errors with retry actions.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed linking databases with incomplete sync data, refreshing embedded database tabs after sync, and loading repaired rows after an explicit retry.
- Made formula properties easier to find in filter and sort pickers, paused incompatible filters when formula result types changed, and corrected rollups that read other rollups.
- Preserved center peek when navigating between rows and prevented canceled row-page opens from leaving later opens stuck.
- Corrected page-reference states for trashed, missing, and temporarily unavailable pages, and stopped slow permission lookups from holding up the Share menu's people list.
- Kept reconnect feedback visible until the connection was confirmed, with another retry available if it did not connect.
⚠️ Action Required
- Self-hosted workspaces still require AppFlowy Cloud v0.19.10 or later. Before enabling missing-row-page recovery, deploy its server support to every node handling live edits.
