1. ウィンドウ座標を保存/復元するように変更
   ディスプレイ外へウィンドウが行ってしまった場合は「settings.ini」を削除してください。
   もしくは起動時に「/reset-position」パラメータをつけて起動すると初期位置に戻ります。
2. .Netフレームワークのバージョンを6.0から8.0へ変更
   .Net 8.0 Desktop Runtimeをインストールしてください。 (https://dotnet.microsoft.com/ja-jp/download/dotnet/8.0)
