MiSTer Companion v8.1.0
This release adds a built-in SSH Terminal and expands Install Center with MiSTerZine Frontend support.
Changes
- Added a fully interactive SSH Terminal to the Tools tab for connected MiSTer systems.
- Includes PTY support, ANSI terminal rendering, scrollback, clipboard support, reconnect/disconnect controls, and safe connection handling when leaving the terminal.
- SSH Terminal is available in Online mode and connects directly to the currently selected MiSTer.
- Added MiSTerZine Frontend by Matija Erceg to Install Center.
- MiSTerZine Frontend uses the standard Downloader integration, including installation checks, individual update checks, and the global Install Center update check.
- Updated CollectionLauncher’s MiSTer DVD handling so normal video files use file mode while disc images are mounted correctly.
- Theme Creator can now explicitly select the black or white MiSTer Companion logo, matching official theme behavior.
- Updated the Connection tab supporter message to highlight Companion Cloud features and Patreon support.
