- App-generated files are now stored in
~/Library/Application Support/MiSTer Companionon macOS. - Improved ZapScripts performance on macOS when loading larger
media.dbfiles. - Improved ZapScraper behavior on Windows and Linux.
- Updated the Device tab so SMB naming is consistent across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
macOS Notes
Update notifications still work on macOS, so the app can still let you know when a new version is available.
The automated updater/download process does not work on macOS yet. For now, macOS users need to manually download the latest DMG and replace the old app. I am looking into a better update solution for macOS.
The macOS app is currently unsigned. Because of this, macOS may show a warning that Apple could not verify the app. This is expected for now and should improve in a future release.
