Settings menu reorganised. "Cover progress indicators" renamed to "Cover display". Colour settings moved to a new "Colours" sub-menu (will grow with future colour features).
Cover badge font scale (Cover display) — series #, stack count, page count, completed-tickbox all scale together.
Expanded shelf font scale — adjusts the label below covers.
Expanded shelf: "Show text below covers" — Title / Author / Series / None.

Status change in the book menu now refreshes correctly. Was showing the old value on reopen until KOReader was restarted.
Book menu header no longer disappears when staging a status / refresh / remove-from-history change.
Collection changes in the book menu save and re-open reliably.
Status changes through bookshelf now stamp summary.modified to match KOReader's own writers. Sort-by-recently-read picks up status changes immediately.
Potential fix for SQLite errors during USB book import (issue #63) — couldn't reproduce locally; please upgrade and report back if it recurs.
