Bug-fix release.
Faster shelf-cover taps. Previewing a book in the hero is now near-instant on chips with hundreds of books (previously up to about a second on large libraries). The fast-path rebuilds only the spine borders that change instead of re-fetching the whole shelf each tap.
Fixes
- Status filters now include unread, finished, and on-hold books. Previously any chip filtered by a specific status silently dropped these.
- "Unread 1st" sort puts unread books at the top, as the label promises (they were going to the bottom).
- Books update across all chips automatically after a status change, favourite toggle, or removal from history. Swipe-down refresh is no longer needed for these actions.
- Surname sort now honours Calibre's author sort field for compound names ("St. Crowe", "van der Berg") and inverted-naming cultures.
Tweaks
- Chip bar font size can now go down to 50% (previously 100% was the minimum). Useful for fitting more chips on the strip.
- "Sort by progress" now defaults to most-read first when freshly selected; tap again to flip to unread-first. Existing chips keep whatever direction was saved.
