Stretchier overlays, more conditional operators, and an opt-in development branch installer for testers.

New

• Stretchier left/right overlays. When one side of a row is short and the other is long (e.g. a tiny %batt icon left and a long %title right), the long side now grows into the freed space rather than being capped at half the screen. Works in both "Centre first" and "Sides first" truncation modes; the half/half cap only kicks in when both sides genuinely want more than half.
• >= and <= conditional operators. [if:batt>=50]ok[/if] and [if:time<=18:00]morning[/if] now work directly. Pairs naturally with the existing =, !=, <, >. No more >49 / <19 workarounds for "or equal" cases.
• Development branch installer. Tucked under Settings → Advanced. A new "Development branch" field lets you install a specific GitHub branch of bookends for early access to fixes and features. A "Reset to latest stable release" button always brings you back. The version line tells you whether you're on a release or a branch, so you can see at a glance.

Improvements

• Conditionals see chapter state more reliably. [if:chap_count=0]no TOC[/if], [if:chap_pages_left>0]…[/if] and similar predicates now work correctly for books at zero or with no table of contents. Previously the conditional state stripped these values when they were zero or empty.
