Fixed the ssh connection silently failing on Windows machines (#4) due to OpenSSH_for_Windows not supporting multiplexing by
- Checking for errors during file browsing and displaying error messages if needed
- Adding a custom error message for failed multiplexing in Windows
- Disabling multiplexing by default on Windows machines (See PowerShell/Win32-OpenSSH#405)
These changes also fix ssh errors such as host key issues or key authentication problems not being caught and displayed correctly to Windows users.
Also fixed being unable to open the settings files via the UI on Package Control installations due to differing package names...oops.
Because of this release's name changes, your custom settings will need to be re-set by either entering them again or renaming Packages/User/SublimeOpenFileOverSSH.sublime-settings to OpenFileOverSSH.sublime-settings.
