Userscript 3.2.2 - Voting ID on first vote and live stream pages

This is a userscript-only release. The browser extension is released separately as 4.1.0.

It covers everything since userscript 3.2.0. Version 3.2.1 was delivered through the update URL without a separate
release.

Changes

• The random voting ID is now created and registered only the first time you vote. Loading YouTube pages no longer
  registers one, and with disableVoteSubmission: true no ID is created at all.
• Fixed videos that could freeze the tab (#1337).
• The dislike text now matches YouTube's native button layout (#1291).
• New hibiscus and custom color themes. Set colorTheme and, for custom, customColors for YouTube's light and
  dark themes in the script settings (#552).
• Fixed ratio-bar sizing next to newer inline YouTube controls and its fallback position (#1292, #1320).
• Fixed the Shorts dislike button when vidIQ is installed (#1324).
• More robust handling when YouTube replaces page elements during navigation (#1307).
• The ratio bar follows YouTube's current theme colors again, so the like share shows in the light theme.
• Live stream pages (/live/ URLs) show dislike counts.
