This beta improves download rule matching, task status visibility, and task list motion. It also adds the internal WebSocket event bridge used by download notifications.

- URL pattern matching for file categories — Download categories can now match by URL patterns in addition to file extensions.
- URL pattern validation — Invalid category URL patterns are rejected before saving.
- Download notification event bridge — Added the aria2 WebSocket event bridge for download lifecycle notifications.
🛠 Improvements
- Improved task list transitions and kept list state stable when switching tabs.
- Added clearer task status tags for waiting, sharing, and seeding states.
