What's Changed
This beta restores IPv6 DHT support for BitTorrent peer discovery, exposes IPv4 and IPv6 DHT as separate settings, and removes unstable proxy-environment tests that could randomly fail release verification.

enable-dht6anddht-entry-point6 - Added separate IPv4 DHT and IPv6 DHT controls in BitTorrent preferences
- Updated all locale strings for the new DHT settings
- Removed unstable proxy environment tests from the Rust suite
