• Filename resolution for extensionless URLs — Automatically resolves file extensions for CDN URLs (e.g. Twitter/X media) that lack Content-Disposition headers, using a three-level fallback: Content-Disposition → redirected URL path → Content-Type MIME mapping
• Recent & favorite folders — New clock-icon popover next to the "Save to" field in Add Task dialog, showing recently used and favorited download directories with one-click selection (#246)
