What's Changed

This beta restores the v3.8.10-beta.1 release after the failed Windows build and keeps the existing Power Request based keep-awake implementation.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the Windows build failure caused by the power guard handle not satisfying Tokio's Send requirement.
• Removed a Windows-only unused deep-link import warning from the release build.
