- Removed splash screen — the main window now appears instantly on launch, eliminating the visual flicker caused by the splash-to-main window handoff when startup is fast
- Regenerated all app icons from SVG source — lossless vector-to-raster pipeline ensures crisp icons at every size across all three platforms
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed tray icon appearing small/blurry on Linux GNOME — increased tray icon from 64×64 to 128×128
- Removed unused iOS and Android icon directories
