🔗 File Association & Deep Link Support

• Register as system handler for .torrent and .metalink/.meta4 files — open via double-click or "Open With" menu
• Register as default handler for magnet: and thunder:// URL schemes — clicking links in browsers launches Motrix Next
• Single-instance enforcement: opening a file while the app is running focuses the existing window instead of launching a duplicate
• Drag-and-drop now also supports .metalink / .meta4 files

🌐 i18n Fix

• Sidebar tooltip text (Tasks, New Task, About, Preferences) now correctly follows the app language setting
