Summary
Fixes premature HTTP download failures caused by inconsistent CDN modification dates when the resource has a matching unquoted ETag, including the reported Baidu Netdisk failure. No configuration or RPC changes are required.
Fixed
- Accept otherwise valid unquoted ETags and normalize them consistently across response validation, conditional requests, and saved download state.
- Prevent false “The remote resource changed while resuming the download” errors when matching ETags identify the same resource despite differing modification dates.
- Preserve normalized resource identity across pause, engine restart, and resume.
Protection against genuine resource changes, conflicting file sizes, invalid byte ranges, and failed HTTP preconditions remains unchanged. HTTP scheduling and retry behavior are unchanged from v2.7.2.
