Summary
This release restores checksum verification and remote timestamp handling for HTTP downloads in aria2-next 2.2.x. It is intended for users and integrators running input-file workflows with checksum=..., -c, and -R, including scripted Windows update downloads. Official cross-platform assets are built by the release workflow.
Fixed
- Restored whole-file checksum validation after libcurl-backed HTTP downloads complete.
- Restored checksum validation for already-complete local files discovered through HTTP metadata probing.
- Restored
--remote-time/-Rhandling by parsingLast-Modifiedheaders on the libcurl path. - Prevented completed checksum downloads from leaving stale
.aria2control files when validation succeeds.
