Summary

Aria2 Next 2.2.12 fixes BitTorrent upload accounting for integrations that rely on JSON-RPC global statistics. The release keeps the aria2-compatible CLI and RPC surface unchanged while ensuring libtorrent upload deltas feed both task-level and global transfer statistics.

Fixed

• Fixed aria2.getGlobalStat reporting uploadSpeed as 0 for active libtorrent BitTorrent tasks while aria2.tellStatus showed non-zero upload speed.
• Updated libtorrent upload accounting to use payload upload deltas consistently and avoid double-counting when torrent counters reset.
• Added regression coverage for upload deltas feeding global transfer statistics.
