Summary
Aria2 Next 2.2.11 improves HTTP metadata discovery for servers that ignore Range: bytes=0-0 during metadata probing. Dynamic downloads that return 200 OK with full content can now restart as unknown-length full downloads instead of failing before the file is saved.
Changed
- Removed deprecated C++17 adapter usage from the local array expression helper so maintained builds stay warning-clean with current Apple Clang/libc++.
Fixed
- Fixed metadata range probe failures when servers ignore Range requests and omit
Content-Range. - Restored downloads for dynamic text endpoints such as generated aria2 input files that do not expose a stable
Content-Length. - Kept strict
206 Content-Rangevalidation for real ranged transfers so segmented binary downloads remain protected from corrupt range responses.
