Summary

This patch release improves BitTorrent metadata reporting for libtorrent-backed magnet tasks, restores a clear metadata-stage display name for frontends, and corrects release packaging behavior for platform certificate trust handling. It also makes manual release workflow validation easier by allowing latest to mean the current CMakeLists.txt version.

• Release packaging now selects platform trust behavior explicitly for libcurl: Windows native CA, macOS Apple SecTrust, Linux configured CA bundle, and explicit Android CA handling.

• Fixed Motrix-facing magnet titles falling back to the placeholder magnet path while metadata is still downloading.
