Notable additions and changes since previous release:

• Add ExcludeBadWindowsUpdates and playbook option that prompts users to uninstall any Windows updates that are known to be faulty, and an ExcludeWindowsUpdates option for finer control
• Fix ISO injection bug where connected Bluetooth devices would not show up in settings
• Fix ISO injection bug where the end user would not be an administrator if the ISO was non-English
• Fix ISO injection bug where Ctrl+Alt+Delete would be non-functional for end users
