- Updated most Libretro cores and standalone emulators to their latest version
- Updated MAME - Current core (0.244 rom set)
- Updated Flycast Libretro core (Sega Dreamcast, Sammy Atomiswave, Sega Naomi), improved performance with automatic frameskip
- Removed Hypseus standalone emulator
- Removed Daphne Libretro core
- Removed Yabasanshiro Libretro core in favor of the standalone version
- Replaced Daphne system by LaserDisc system which now includes support for Daphne, Singe, American Laser Games
NOTE: existing data in daphne system folder will automatically be moved fromdaphne

system folder - Faster Game Launching - Game launching scripts rewritten from scratch for faster loading speed (and better maintainability)
- Launch scripts for Pico-8 and Scummvm scan have been moved to the tools section
- Pico-8 system uses now 64-bit Raspberry Pi binaries, make sure you place your pico8_64 and pico8.dat in the
pico-8
system folder - All ScummVM gamedata will be automatically moved from
gamedata
toscummvm
system folder
Fixes:
- Fixed message on 'Backup' to say backing up instead of restoring
- Added Display timing fix to the tools section (RG351MP/V specific option)
- Fixed an issue where if you exited a game while rumble was on, it'd stay on until a reset or a reboot
- Fixed an issue where ScummVM's game scanner would sometimes create a nameless .scummvm file
Things to do after an upgrade:
- If you've used Pico-8 system before, remove
pico8
andpico8_dyn
fromroms/pico-8
folder, add thepico8_64
andpico8.dat
from the Pico-8 Raspberry Pi package (v0.2.4b or newer) toroms/pico-8
folder - Rescan your ScummVM games with the script from tools section
