Minor fixes and improvements:
- The mod will let you enter a target altitude in the panel, even if no planet is selected. This troubled many players in the past.
- Smoothed the variations of the delta-V arrow - it tends to wobble for small values due to numerical precision issues
- The mod restores Vanilla behaviour for planets with no direction set: they are fixed instead of orbiting. Most navigation features implying those planets are disabled though. Since they don't follow astrodynamics laws, ANAIS can't calculate relevant trajectories for those.
