based on OpenDTU v23.6.1 the first stable working version which can simulate a Fronius Smart Meter.
Add it as an additional Inverter on your Gen24 as an "Fronius Smart Meter TCP" with IP address of the OpenDTU. It will be recognized and show up in Solar.Web.
