Before updating existing worlds, remove any saplings from Botany Pots to avoid losing them.
We have added Chocolate fix to help with the biome id's changing in packs 1.3.9b and forward. For this to work correctly, you MUST add the mod manually to your 1.3.7 or older installation. The mod will ONLY preserve chunks that are loaded after it has been added. Recommendation is to play a few days with it on your current version, then update freely to later versions of ATM6.
