Big bug fix update for Sonoff Pow and Sonoff TH users

• Now Sonoff Pow sends power, voltage and current in real time. Don't work in mode: local! #125
• Now the component converts temperature, humidity, power, voltage and current to a single format for local and cloud data. Now there will be no duplicate events #138
• Improved stability of cloud connection
• Fix TH humidity after v2.3.0 update #203
• Improved force_update for cloud connection
• Now component uses a single Zeroconf from Home Assistant v0.110.0. Local connection may work better

Now it is not necessary to use force_update. But if you like, it still works.
