🔁 Нода: рассинхрон id инбаунда самопочинился

Если инбаунд на ноде удалить и создать заново (новый id), мастер продолжал пушить по старому id и сыпал update/3 ... record not found каждые 5 секунд. Теперь мастер сбрасывает кеш и повторяет пуш с актуальным id — самопочинка на первом тике.
Что изменилось:
1️⃣ ответ record not found на update → кеш id сбрасывается, пуш повторяется
2️⃣ инбаунда нет совсем → создаётся заново (+ это закрывает «Gateway не удаляется, пишет нет инбаунда» из той же серии)
3️⃣ + предыдущий фикс lucx.282: gateway при маскинге выходит по SIGTERM сам
Обновить нужно и мастер, и ноды: x-ui update.

🔁 Nodes: stale cached inbound id now self-heals

If an inbound was deleted and recreated on a node (new row id), the master kept pushing to the old id and logged update/3 ... record not found every 5 s tick. The master now drops its stale id cache on that answer and retries with the fresh id — self-healing on the first reconcile tick.
What changed:
1️⃣ a record not found update answer → cached id dropped, push retried
2️⃣ an inbound gone entirely → recreated (also fixes the "Gateway won't delete — no inbound" report from the same cluster)
3️⃣ plus the previous lucx.282 fix: the masking gateway exits on SIGTERM by itself
Update both masters and nodes: x-ui update.
