🔧 Cover + Naive: Behind cover больше не убивает naive.

• Пустой domain у naive = hostname cover. forward_proxy всё равно вставляется.
• Свой Caddy naive глушится, только когда cover реально его фронтит.
• Подсказка Path routes: пусто — нормально. Naive туда не писать.
• Пересоздавать naive не надо. x-ui update, сохрани inbound’ы.
