🚀 Speed Optimization

• MSS Clamping for AWG Inbounds: Added TCPMSS --clamp-mss-to-pmtu rule in iptables mangle FORWARD for both awgN and tunN interfaces (kernel NAT and "Route through Xray" modes). Prevents TCP segment fragmentation at MTU 1320 and restores full speed on HTTPS downloads.

🐛 Fixes & Improvements

• Routing Rules: Added validation preventing empty routing rules without effective matchers. Added "Match all traffic" shortcut button.
• AWG Outbounds: Added auto-restart of Xray process on outbound mutations so freedom with sockopt.interface takes immediate effect. Included AWG outbound tags in routing rules and balancers dropdowns.
• Installer Dependencies: Added libmnl-dev and pkg-config to install-awg-module.sh for compiling amneziawg-tools on clean OS installations.
