🆕 AWG Outbounds (Client Mode)

The panel can now dial out to an upstream AmneziaWG server and route traffic through it for any inbounds (VPN-over-VPN, geo-hopping, and DPI evasion cascades directly from the UI).

• Kernel Interface: Manages awgo-{id} kernel interfaces via awg-quick.
• Xray Integration: Injects Xray freedom outbound with sockopt.interface = awgo-{id}, exposing tags for routing rules and load balancers.
• Management UI: Added AWG Outbounds tab under Xray Settings with .conf import and ICMP diagnostic testing.
• Routing Safety: Sets Table = off in client .conf to preserve system default routes. Reconciles interfaces every 10s with fingerprint-based restart.

🐛 Bug Fixes & Improvements

• Client Form UX: Dynamic allowedIPs placeholder calculated from the inbound's assigned tunnel subnet.
• CI Fix: Cleaned build matrix configuration for GitHub Actions workflows.
