• Added optional ability to tweak Vivaldi automatically during the upgrade installation process instead of while manually relaunching after the exiting Vivaldi once the installation is finished. This behavior can be enabled with the argument --install-upgrade-interceptor. Tweaking on launch still works too.
• Added tweak to speed up usage of the file download dialog box by
  1. giving the buttons accelerator keys and corresponding underlines (Alt+Shift+O for Open, for example)
  2. reducing the delay before enabling the Open button from 1 second to 0.25 seconds because it's a waste of time and I've never accidentally clicked any buttons
