• Added tweak to not use the Junk E-mail IMAP folder as junk, because in MDaemon, this is a source of suspected junk, not a sink of confirmed junk, and it prevents Vivaldi's Mark Message as Spam button from working properly.
• Removed the tweak that changed the date formatting for calendar events because Vivaldi has mainlined more complete localization logic, which now includes the day of the week as desired.
