Dawarich Home Assistant - Release Notes v0.1.0

This is an initial release, it is still being developed and is not finished. Furthermore, it is not officially developed by the Dawarich maintainer, this is a community addon (use at your own risk).

The functionality right now is that it listens for updates of a device_tracker entity, and sends to the associated API with the associated API key to Dawarich.
