Fix audio bitrate setting not showing correct value in settings
The audio bitrate setting refused to read the save value before and appeared to reset. Fixed!

Improve error handling if user tries to use ffmpeg encoding for Backtrack
This was a common cause of why backtrack wasn't working. Error is handled and shown to the user now.

Added immediate saving of settings to disk when settings window is closed
This will remedy people with other issues in OBS that prevent clean shutdowns (where we previously saved).
