• Execution-graph passthrough for OpenCode ingest (#93). burn ingest (OpenCode path) now persists the SessionRelationshipRecords and ToolResultEventRecords the OpenCode reader produces — root / subagent edges from session.parentID, plus terminal-status tool-result events with contentLength / contentHash — via the existing appendRelationships / appendToolResultEvents writers. No new flags or output; closes the OpenCode arm of the gap that #77 closed for Claude.
