After parsing every Claude session file in an ingest pass, the CLI now feeds the per-file evidence through reconcileClaudeSessionRelationships and appends any resulting fork / continuation rows. Idempotent — the writer's relationshipIdHash dedup folds repeats on subsequent runs.
