Fixed

• Symlinked Path Reconciliation: Resolved collection reconciliation and path comparisons on platforms with symlinked library paths (e.g., macOS /var -> /private/var).
• Online Paper Links: Fixed an issue where pressing 'o' to view papers online failed after metadata enrichment replaced arXiv identifiers with DOIs, and added automatic fallback to DOI URLs.
• Scrolling: Scrolling of PDFs in internal PDF viewer (which is inside the terminal, enabled by kitty) is now at par with scrolling on a native PDF viewer.
