Changes:
- Updated SDL to 2.0.30.10
- Updated Retroarch and Retroarch32 to last 1.20.0 stable release due to override issues
- Added Support for the U8 Handheld Console (Thanks to mcasoo for the initial DTB and @christianhaitian for the files and ArkOS.)
Known issues:
- Emulationstation don't show if wifi is on.
- Switch to SD2 for Roms might use the boot partition instead of the second sd card slot.
- Various Controls for Standalone and miscellaneous emulators could be wrong ( Create an issue of these for now and I'll see if I can fix them for newer releases)
