Pre-release. naksha v6 makes the design team observable, measurable and cheaper to trust. Everything runs locally, with no telemetry.

New commands (70 total)

• /naksha-dashboard: Naksha Live, an optional local dashboard showing a live org chart of the 30 roles, an activity feed, memory, findings and cost. It runs on 127.0.0.1 only, needs a token, and stays off until setup.
• /design-detect: free, no-AI design lint with 22 rules. It also runs after every UI edit.
• /naksha-stats: tokens and estimated cost per command, with optional budgets.
• /design-md: lint, import and export the open DESIGN.md format. Includes MASTER.md plus per-page overrides.
• /naksha-vote: Helpful / Needs-work votes that teach taste and keep eval judges honest.

Also new

• Verified /design-review findings.
• Browser self-check in /design and /design-qa.
• Quality Contracts for all 28 roles.
• A compact SessionStart index and a session brief that survives compaction.
• Tiered evals with a $0 dry run, budgets, and sandboxed paid runs.
• One shared price table.

Behaviour changes

• design-lint.js exits 1 on any error.
• The PreToolUse HTML prompt hook is removed; the new lint hook replaces it.
