Framework Routing + Marketplace Install — /design now auto-routes to /design-framework based on settings, and Claude Code 2.1.72+ users can install via the plugin marketplace.

• .claude-plugin/marketplace.json — enables /plugin marketplace add installation for Claude Code 2.1.72+ (fixes #4)
• Framework routing in /design — --framework flag and js_framework/output_format settings now auto-invoke /design-framework for component output
• Smoke test fixtures for 6 more commands (smoke coverage: 12/32 commands)

Fixed

• /design Step 0 now reads js_framework and output_format from settings.local.md
• /design Step 5 now writes to canonical design-output.html for reliable handoff
