Disclaimer Adguard for Mac is not an open-source project. We use GitHub as an open bug tracker for users to see what developers are working on.
Please welcome the beta of AdGuard for Mac v2.20. In this version, we introduced a new path to access third-party browser folders — making it easier for macOS 27 users to install and verify Browser Assistant in Edge and in Chromium- and Gecko-based browsers.
Aside from solving this specific issue, we added Quad9 to the list of DNS providers with support for DNS-over-QUIC and added ClientHello split — a new parameter in the Protect against DPI settings.
We expanded our variety of filtered browsers for this beta release, adding popular names like DuckDuckGo and Naver Whale to the default list, also adding support for LibreWolf.
The app’s visual style is also in the process of readjustment: we renewed the logo and system tray icons, updated the description of the Block WebRTC setting, and removed the Block Java setting.
Lastly, we fixed a number of bugs that interfered with the app’s correct functioning, updated CoreLibs and DnsLibs.
