🐛 Fixes 🐛

• Webhook-disabled installs no longer crash: Fixed a startup failure where the operator tried to start the webhook server and load TLS certificates from /tmp/k8s-webhook-server/serving-certs/ even when webhooks were not enabled. Fresh Helm installs using the default quick-start path now start correctly without requiring webhook certificates. Fixes #317. (#322, commit 8f675961)

🧹 Project Maintenance 🧹

• Release SBOM cleanup: Consolidated SBOM publishing onto the chart-prefixed GitHub Release instead of creating duplicate bare-semver releases. SBOMs are now attached to locust-k8s-operator-X.Y.Z releases alongside the Helm chart package. (#318, commit f05e9813)
