• CI publish pipeline: Repinned helm/chart-releaser-action to v1.5.0 to clear a latest_tag unbound-variable regression in v1.6.0+ (cr.sh:111) that was failing the publish job after the chart had already shipped to gh-pages. Added a Dependabot ignore rule so the bump cannot recur. See chart-releaser-action#171. (commit bab3a969)
