XMB Mode: Music

• The Music column is a full music player. Your albums under their covers, songs that play on through their album, and Now Playing with the console's own control panel: previous, pause, next, stop, repeat, shuffle and volume, with the time bar and the play mode.

• The console's visualizers in Now Playing, from your own firmware:
  • Waves: the XMB's wave in the look the console's music player gives it, moving with your music.

• Valley: the console's canyon, the land rising row by row from your music through the console's own presets.

• Gaia: the console's Earth, its flights over the planet through sunrises and past the night side.

• Lines: glowing in the month's colour.

Square shows them full screen, Left and Right switch between them, and the right stick or a swipe takes Valley to another preset and Gaia to another flight. On a touch screen, tap the album cover to open them.

• Play music from your own folders. Add Folder plays a folder's songs where they are, on your device or a drive, covers and all.
• Your own album covers. Triangle on an album, or on any of its songs, has Change Cover, and the picture becomes the cover for the whole album. Original Cover takes it back.

• Albums from a .zip. Import Album takes an album's folder or its .zip, cover included, and Import Music takes as many songs as you tick.
• More formats. ALAC, AIFF and WMA play alongside MP3, AAC, FLAC, Ogg, Opus and WAV.
• A game's music preview leaves your own music playing.

XMB Mode: Video

• A Video column, as on the console. Your videos from ARMSX3's video folder, folders you add, and USB drives and SD cards as they go in, each with its first frame and length. 4K plays on your device's own decoder, and leaving a film keeps your place.

• Video formats. MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, 3GP, TS, M2TS, MPG, VOB and AVI. Your device’s own decoder plays what it can, 4K included, and ARMSX3’s own decoder plays what your device can’t: DivX and Xvid, MPEG-1 and MPEG-2, and films with AC3, DTS or MP2 sound.
• The console's Screen Modes. Videos open in Full Screen. Square steps through Normal, Full Screen, Zoom and Original, and Triangle sets each video's Aspect Ratio. On a touch screen, tap to play or pause.
• RetroArch shaders on your videos. Triangle opens RetroArch Shaders: pick any preset from your shader packs and the film plays through it, CRT masks and all, with the settings you tuned for your games.

Movies as well as music can be deleted at any time by pressing Triangle/Y or long pressing a song/movie.

XMB Mode

• Its own file browser for every import (GitHub build): Import Music, Import Album, Add Folder, Import Video, Change Cover, the sounds in Music Settings, Import Theme, Toy Portal figures and save state imports. It opens in your Download folder and reaches all of your internal storage, SD cards and drives.

• Paste in XMB Mode. Tap the keyboard's text box to type on your phone's own keyboard, its clipboard included, or long-press it to paste. On a controller, Select pastes.

Everything else

• ARMSX3's icon fills your launcher's shape: circle, squircle or rounded square, edge to edge in the app's purple.

• ARMSX3 starts up cleanly on every device, guarding against a rare crash while it opens in XMB Mode.
• Faster SPU code checks on ARM, with mixed checksum operations for block verification. Done by @Whatcookie.

(APKs were reuploaded at 10:53AM to include a GOW3 Save fix from upstream. - Saving in God of War III and Cars Race-O-Rama works with a full save list: when a game hides New Save, its save list opens at the first save. Done by @digant73.)
