Battery Life

• Much less battery drain with a game paused or when the app is in the background/device in sleep mode with the app open. Locking the device with a game open kept the emulator checking in about 2,000 times a second, and the library background kept animating out of sight. Now the emulator only checks in a few times a second until you come back, and the library background stops drawing. On an Odin 3 with a game paused and the screen locked, that went from about 2,000 checks a second to 63.
• Motion controls turn off while a game is paused or the app is out of sight, and turn back on when you resume.
• Discord checks in once a second instead of twenty times while the app is backgrounded.
• The GDB debug server no longer runs on Android. Nothing on a phone uses it, and it kept a network port open on the device.
