Quick follow up to 1.0.6 (check that changelog for all the new stuff)

• Turnip options. With a custom driver installed, the GPU Driver section has a new UBWC flag hint switch, which can fix rendering glitches some recent Turnip builds show on certain Adreno GPUs, and a Driver variables field for your own Turnip settings (FD_, TU_, IR3_ and MESA_, one NAME=value per line). Changes apply at the next game start.
