Added an online patch/cheat browser, fetches per-game from the PCSX2 patch DB with a per-entry checklist while in game and includes a patch-codes warning before proceeding. Be sure to reset your game after importing if doing so in game.
Browse patches by game name without booting: 1. Long-press a library game ----> Patches ----> Browse; looks the game up by serial in the patch DB's file tree (CRC resolved from the filename).
