Fixed desktop agent runs that were accepted by Native Worker but never streamed to the renderer: Main now acknowledges durable agent/stream envelopes after journaling/delivery, falls back to a live window when routing is missing, and proactively recovers a wedged outbox instead of waiting for a false 45s sidecar_unavailable timeout.
Fixed CLI-only first installs failing with SQLite Error 1: 'no such table: sessions' by calling db/initialize during Native Worker handshake and ensuring the shared ~/.open-cowork/data.db gets the full app schema (not Job tables only).

Replaced the hard 45s first-progress failure with recover-and-wait while a Job is still queued/running: desktop now calls agent:recover-stream (subscribe/replay + journal push) and only fails when the Worker is fatal/restarting or a terminal Job still has nothing to deliver.
Nested project sessions under the project row in the workspace sidebar so expand/collapse can animate height instead of remounting flat list siblings.
